Multiple Teams · Summer Weights for All Sports

Reminder, we will begin our summer weight training on Thursday June 2nd.  Sessions will last from 10:00-11:30.  Please follow the instructions that were posted by the athletic department about entry to and through building.  We will be lifting under the bleachers and will modify some extra general physical preparation type exercises after lifting based on weather and space availability.  Please encourage your athletes to attend as many sessions as they can to keep their strength up during the summer months.  Plus the added benefit of some mental strength and toughness from training without air conditioning!
