New Lacrosse Run Test Parameters Posted

New Boys Lacrosse Physical Fitness Run Test parameters and times have been posted under program links on the boys lacrosse page.  Suggested workouts and diagrams of the various run tests are located in that link as well.  Players should be working out at least three days a week to prepare for the upcoming season.

Boys Lacrosse Picture Day February 4th

All boys lacrosse players will be required to attend picture day starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 4th in the stadium.  Following pictures there will be an inner-squad scrimmage.  Players need to plan accordingly and be in attendance at this mandatory team event.
