Conditioning Schedule until tryouts

We will condition today, and then next week Mon Jan 9 – Thur Jan 12.  The following week will be Mon Jan 16 – Thur Jan 19.  On the 19th we will conduct a few parts of the fitness test.  The 1.5 mile run and Agility Run.  All players trying out that are not in a winter sport should plan to attend the fitness tests on Thursday Jan 19.
